The Glass Factory. Every step, visible.
Glass-walled delivery — inspect any step, any time. Run on SAIF, our AI-native factory. Brief → Build → Deploy, test-first, with evals at every gate.
Not a black box. Not a vendor cloud.
Enterprise AI has a trust problem — models you can't inspect, agents you can't audit, capabilities you can't take with you when the contract ends. The Glass Factory is our answer. Every step is logged, every decision is traceable, every artefact is yours from the first commit.
SAIF: Brief → Build → Deploy.
Three phases. Fixed scope at Brief. Evals gate every progression. Source lands in your repo on day one of Build.
Diagnose the workflow, price the value.
We map where AI moves the P&L, model the cost of doing nothing, and lock a fixed-scope engagement before a single line of code is written.
- Value model
- Fixed scope + budget
- Eval harness spec
Ship production AI, on your infrastructure.
Test-first delivery on SAIF. Evals at every gate. Source lands in your repo on day one — not on cutover day, not on invoice-received day.
- Source day-one
- Eval harness
- Runbook + observability
Cutover, tune, and transfer the keys.
Glass-walled cutover — no big-bang risk. Your team runs it after we leave. Optional Managed AI Services if you want us to stay.
- Cutover runbook
- Handover certification
- Optional MSA
What glass-walled actually means.
Inspect any step, anytime.
Every prompt, every model call, every eval, every commit. Nothing behind a black-box vendor cloud.
Evals gate the ship.
Behaviour is specified before code. If the evals don't pass, the build doesn't ship — no exceptions.
Source in your repo, day one.
Not on cutover day. Not on final invoice. Day one of Build — commits land in your GitHub org.
Your team runs it when we leave.
Runbooks, observability, training. No vendor dependency after handover. Managed AI Services optional, not compulsory.
Two commitments, and no asterisk.
On the Glass Factory.
Traditional SIs own the source, meter deliverables against a change-request queue, and keep you dependent. Glass Factory inverts all three: source in your repo on day one, fixed scope agreed at Brief, no CR queue between you and progress.
Every capability we ship carries a versioned eval harness — regression suite of prompt / expected-output pairs run automatically on every commit. A build cannot advance from Brief → Build → Deploy without a passing harness, and that harness is yours to run after we leave.
You can see it before the first sprint ends. Repository access is provisioned in Brief; commits land daily. There is no 'demo day' — the delivery is live, inspectable, from week one.
Managed AI Services covers that — SLA-bound, monthly outcomes, governed agentic delivery pod. It is optional. The default is: we leave, your team runs it.
