IGNITE · Build what wasn't possible before

The capability your team always wanted — built and owned.

There are capabilities your team always wanted but could never justify the cost. AI changed the economics. IGNITE is how you build them — owned outright, production-ready in weeks.

Why pilot first

Three commitments. Working software at the end of each.

1

Pilots are the contract.

Two weeks. Your data. A working screen. Paid, fixed-scope; says "build it" or "don't" — both answers are valuable.

2

No discovery-only deliverables.

Decks and roadmaps are not deliverables. Working software is. We do not bill discovery as a phase.

3

From pilot to production at fixed milestones.

Every phase ends with software you can run. You see the bill before you approve each phase.

IGNITE is where most clients start. One workflow, one fixed price, working software in two weeks. If it earns its place it becomes the first system you own; if not, you have a written answer and no contract to unwind.

Six capability types

What IGNITE builds.

Agents, automation and decision intelligence, shipped as software you own.

Autonomous and human-in-the-loop agents wired into the systems you already run. Tool-using agents · HITL checkpoints · System integrations · Full audit logging

Extraction, validation, and reconciliation from the unstructured documents your business runs on. Multi-document extraction · Field-level confidence · Schema enforcement · Human escalation

Grounded search and insight over your own corpus — cited, access-controlled, board-ready. Grounded RAG · Citations · Access controls · Freshness & sync

Triage, engagement, and insight across the customer lifecycle. Intent detection · Routing · Response drafting · Sentiment & insight

Structured review, confidence scoring, and audit-ready trails for regulated work. Confidence routing · Conflict detection · Sign-off trails · Eval-backed gates

Ship new capability or rebuild legacy on an AI-native core. Spec-to-code · Test-first delivery · Eval harness · Cutover & runbook

How an IGNITE build runs

Brief. Build. Deploy.

Three phases. Each one ends with something you can sign off on.

Brief

The diagnostic sets the scope. One workflow, one outcome, one bill.

Build

Two-week sprint in your environment, on your data, against your real workflows. Tests first, evals at every gate.

Deploy

Working screens in your cloud, audit trail by default. Your engineers paired with ours throughout; handover when you say, and the system is yours to run.

Four questions, four answers.

Fixed price, set at the diagnostic call after we see your scope. Most pilots land in a tight range; the diagnostic is the easiest way to get an exact number.

Then the answer is don't build it and you have a written debrief explaining why. The fixed price covers either outcome. Pilots that say don't build it still save the client money.

Yes — that is the design. The pilot is standalone. Continuing into production is a separate decision after you see the result.

Your engineers, by default. Ongoing operation, monitoring and updates live under our RUN pillar, which is a stage of the method rather than a separate contract — see the methodology if you want us to stay on.

Start with one pilot.

A working build against your own systems in two weeks. Fixed scope, fixed bill.
