About saasinator

We crossed the intelligence threshold. Then built the way across.

saasinator is an operator-led firm that builds AI-native software enterprises own outright. Not a consultancy. Not a software vendor.

Why we exist

Enterprise software was built to be rented. We build it to be owned.

AI changes the build cost

The economics of software development changed permanently in 2023. What cost millions to build now costs a fraction. Enterprises paying SaaS licences have not yet acted on this.

Ownership beats dependency

Every SaaS contract is a recurring vote of no-confidence in your own team. Ownership means your platform improves on your timeline — not the vendor's roadmap.

Operators build better than vendors

The best enterprise software is built by people who have run the operations it serves. Sumeet spent 20+ years on that side of the table.

Sumeet Goenka

Founder & CEO

Twenty years inside the organisations that buy enterprise software is how saasinator knows where the value goes, and where it does not.

Sumeet brings 23+ years of enterprise technology leadership across retail, logistics, and financial services. He has led large-scale digital transformations at Richemont, Landmark Group, Alshaya Group, Burberry, Ted Baker, Debenhams, Vodafone, Tesco, Morrisons, and Panasonic — across the UK, USA, Europe, and Asia.

Before founding saasinator, Sumeet served as Group Chief Architect for some of the largest retail and consumer groups in the Middle East and Europe. He has seen the inside of every major ERP, CRM, and supply chain platform from the operator's seat — not the vendor's demo room.

saasinator exists because Sumeet reached a conclusion that most enterprise technology leaders reach eventually: the best platform for your business is the one your business owns.

What we stand for

Four things that do not change.

Transparency over theatre

We show our work. Glass Factory means every decision is documented, every output is auditable, every sprint is visible. No black boxes.

Ownership over dependency

Every engagement ends with the client owning 100% of what was built. No lock-in. No ongoing licence. No SI dependency.

Operators over theorists

Our team has run the operations we build software for. We know what breaks at 3am on a Friday because we have been there.

Evidence over claims

No unprovable statistics. No vendor-style ROI projections. Every claim on this site has a source or a delivered project behind it.

Common questions

About saasinator

No. Consultants advise. We build. Every saasinator engagement ends with working software in production — not a strategy document. We are an AI-native systems integrator (AINS).

Neither. saasinator is a services firm. We build bespoke AI-native software for each client. You own the code. We do not sell seats, licences, or subscriptions.

Yes, saasinator operates as an independent brand within Yallo Group. It has its own leadership, delivery methodology, and client base.

We operate across four markets — UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, and UK. All delivery is remote-first with on-ground presence in Dubai.

Traditional SIs configure vendor platforms. saasinator builds alternatives to them. The result is software you own, on your infrastructure, with no ongoing vendor dependency.

Operators meet operators.

Thirty minutes. No deck. No demo. A conversation about one contract.
